I called up to ask availability and they responded promptly with the details. Even on the day of the party they promptly called me up well ahead and were on time at the venue. kids enjoyed and had lots of fun.

I contacted Tom at Manchester Bouncy Castle with a very last minute request after being let down by another company. He responded straight away and was really helpful. Very impressed with the service, arrived on time and it was set up really quickly. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

Best company to hire your bouncy castle from they are all for health and safety and making sure the kids are as safe as possible. Hired for my sons 5th birthday party, the castle was lovely and clean, great communication and super friendly. Thankyou so much Holly and Tom would definitely hire off you guys again.

Booked a bouncy castle for our little boys 4th Birthday party. Absolutely amazing customer service, set the bouncy castle up at 7:20am with very little disturbance and collected later on. Really pleased with smooth delivery & collection of the Rainbow Castle for my daughter’s Birthday Party. She was over the moon & all the kids loved it! Tom is friendly, communicates well & get’s the job done quickly with no fuss. Castle was clean, in fab condition & looked great. Delivery charge being so low is a bonus!
