Answer: Yes, there may be a delivery charge for bouncy castle hire depending on your location. You can use or handy delivery postcode checker to see the cost. We cover most of Greater Manchester and delivery charges are priced accordingly. If your postcode is not listed then please give us a call as we may still be able to help.
Question: What surface can the Bouncy castle be set up on?
Answer: For outdoor hires the surface needs to be real grass to allow anchor points to be secured safely. HOWEVER We have recently invested in specialist equipment which allows us to safely and legally set up on astroturf or hard surfaces, due to the additional workload involved and load to carry in the van (stopping us be able to fit in as many other hires that day) there is an additional charge for this - if this is something that you are interested in please call us on 07702221820 and and we can provide you with a quote.
We believe we are currently one of the only companies in Manchester able to offer this option to hire on these surfaces 100% compliant that will guarantee the safety of your children, which as parents ourselves we know is priceless.
Question: What happens if it rains on the day of my event or it is windy?
Answer: If it rains on the day of your event, we will contact you to discuss your options. Many of our bouncy castles have shower covers that are suitable for light rain and showers, and in other instances we can still set up the bouncy castle indoors or under a covered area. If the weather is looking particularly bad we will call the day before to discuss your options as set out in our bad weather policy.
We can not legally set up in winds over 24mph, as set out in our bad weather policy. It is simply not safe and we wouldn't take any risks with your precious children. If this is the case we have the option to move to an indoor venue if you can source this, or move the hire to an alternative date. Please do not be disappointed with us if we are unable to hire due to bad weather, we are simply ensuring the safety of your children which is more important to us than taking money when conditions are unsafe.
Question: How long can I hire a bouncy castle for?
Answer: Our standard full days hire delivery and collection times are between 8 -11am and standard collection 4.30 - 6.30pm. We offer a late collection or overnight hire option at an additional charge, we can also offer a discount on a 2 day hire. If you have specific party times at a venue then we can work with you on this, just get in touch to discuss. We will always get in touch the day before to confirm your delivery and collection window.

Answer: Please read through our party hire terms and conditions before your event date. When we have confirmed with you your hire we will send over our hire agreement including terms & conditions & disclaimer for you to sign, once signed and returned your booking is confirmed.

Answer: Yes, all our bouncy castles are regularly inspected and PIPA tested to ensure they are safe for use, with up-to-date PIPA certification. We also provide safety instructions and guidelines to ensure the bouncy castle is used correctly. All bouncy castles are set up by our professional team, who follow manufacturer and HSE guidance.

Answer: Yes, we have public liability insurance that covers us for up to £10 million. Please note it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the bouncy castle is used correctly and safely.

Answer: No, we do not allow customers to set up the bouncy castle themselves. Our trained professionals will set up and take down the bouncy castle to ensure that it is done safely and correctly.
